How I work
AI you can trust with your clients.
You don't need to know how the technology works. You do need to know it won't make things up, that a person stays in charge and that your data is safe. Here's how I make sure of that.
Four principles behind everything I build
They apply to every assistant and automation, however small.
How a project goes
Four steps, each with a clear outcome. If the diagnosis shows AI isn't the right first step, we start with the digital basics instead.
20-minute call
You tell me how your business works and where time is lost. No preparation needed.
Diagnosis
In about a week, I map your processes and propose the few changes that will pay off first, with a fixed scope.
30-day pilot
The assistant or automation goes live on a small scale and is measured: first-response time, questions solved without your team, out-of-hours leads or bookings and hours saved.
Ongoing care
Monitoring, improvements and a monthly report, so it keeps working as your business changes.
Why every assistant says it is an AI
Since 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act (Article 50) requires any chatbot to tell people they are talking to an AI. The fines are serious, and in Spain the AESIA supervises it.
Every assistant I build introduces itself as an AI from the first message and keeps a log of each session, so you can always check what was said.
I also stay away from uses the law treats as high risk, such as screening job candidates or credit scoring.
Your data, in plain words
Hosted in the EU
Servers and AI services in the EU wherever possible, and a clear list of any provider outside it.
A data-processing agreement
We sign an agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR that names every sub-processor involved.
You own the code and the data
Everything I build for you is yours, with documentation, so you are never tied to me or to a platform.
You see the real costs
Variable costs, such as AI usage or WhatsApp messages, are billed to your own accounts, with nothing hidden in a markup.
Health data kept to a minimum
For clinics, the assistant handles appointments and admin questions only. It never stores medical records.
Questions owners ask me
Where is my clients' data, and who can see it?
In the EU wherever possible, in systems you control. Only you, your team and I (while I maintain the assistant) can access it.
We sign a data-processing agreement that lists every provider involved, and the assistant only keeps what it needs to do its job.
Can it work on WhatsApp?
Yes, as an optional module. The main channel is your website or an app your clients install, which has no per-message costs and keeps data away from Meta.
If your clients expect WhatsApp, the same assistant connects to Meta's official API. It needs a business verification and its own number, and Meta's message fees go to your own account.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It is built not to guess: it answers only from your information and, when it isn't sure, says it will check and passes the question to your team. Routine bookings follow your real availability and rules; prices, exceptions and other commitments are always confirmed by a person.
Before launch, and every month after, I test it against real questions and review the conversations, so problems are caught and fixed early.
How is the cost decided?
After the diagnosis you get a fixed-scope proposal: what's included, what isn't and the timeline, with a one-off setup and a monthly fee for ongoing care. No surprises later.
Variable usage, such as AI calls or WhatsApp messages, is billed to your own accounts, so you pay the real cost without a markup.
Which languages does it speak?
Your clients' languages. The assistant replies in the language people write in, including English, Spanish, German, Dutch, French and the Scandinavian languages, always from the same information.
Who owns the assistant if we stop working together?
You do. The code, the knowledge it uses and the conversation history are yours, with documentation, so you or another developer can keep running it.
Does it work with the software I already use?
Usually, yes. I connect to booking software, property management systems and CRMs that offer an API, and I check this before any proposal.
If your software can't be connected, I'll tell you what the assistant can still do, such as answering questions and passing bookings to your team.
I don't even have a proper website or CRM. Is this for me?
Yes. Many businesses here start in the same place. We begin with the digital basics, a solid website and the right tools, and add an assistant once the foundations are in place.
Where do you work?
On the Costa del Sol, from Estepona to Fuengirola, where I can visit you in person. Calls work from anywhere, in English or Spanish.
Want to see how this would work for you?
Tell me about your business and I'll reply within one working day.
